Fish Preparation

- 2
Cook the Fish
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated fish fillets and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Remove from heat and set aside.
Slaw Preparation
- 3
Make the Slaw
In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Toss well to combine and let sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Sauce Preparation
- 4
Prepare the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt (or sour cream), mayonnaise, Sriracha (or taco sauce), and lime juice until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
