Method

Fish Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fish

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Add the fish fillets and coat them evenly. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Fish

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated fish fillets and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Remove from heat and set aside.

Slaw Preparation

  1. 3

    Make the Slaw

In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Toss well to combine and let sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Sauce Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the Sauce

In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt (or sour cream), mayonnaise, Sriracha (or taco sauce), and lime juice until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Assemble Tacos

  1. 5

    Warm the Tortillas

In a separate skillet or on a grill, warm the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

  2. 6

    Assemble the Tacos

Place a portion of cooked fish on each tortilla, top with slaw, and drizzle with the sauce. Serve immediately.
