Classic Mojito

Prepare the Glass
Take a tall glass and add the fresh mint leaves and granulated sugar.

Muddle the Ingredients
Use a muddler to mash the mint leaves and sugar together, releasing the mint oils.

Add Lime Juice and Rum
Pour in the lime juice and white rum into the glass.

Fill with Ice
Add ice cubes to fill the glass almost to the top.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve with a straw.

Rub the rim of a glass with a lime wedge and dip it into salt to coat the rim.

In a shaker, combine tequila, lime juice, and triple sec.

Add Ice and Shake
Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake vigorously until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice.

Garnish with a lime wheel and serve immediately.
