Pescado al Ajo

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fish

Pat the red snapper fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Make the Garlic Butter Sauce

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant, but not browned.

  3. 3

    Cook the Fish

Carefully add the seasoned red snapper fillets to the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  4. 4

    Finish the Sauce

Add the lemon juice to the skillet and sprinkle the chopped parsley over the fish. Cook for an additional minute.

  5. 5

    Serve

Plate the fish and drizzle with the garlic butter sauce. Garnish with lemon wedges and pico de gallo. Serve with a side of cooked rice and beans.
