Prepare the Fish
Pat the red snapper fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant, but not browned.

Serve
Plate the fish and drizzle with the garlic butter sauce. Garnish with lemon wedges and pico de gallo. Serve with a side of cooked rice and beans.
