Add Eggs
Let the mixture cool for a few minutes, then add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until the dough is smooth and glossy.

Heat Oil
In a deep pot, heat vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C) for frying.

Fry Churros
Spoon the dough into a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Pipe 4-6 inch strips of dough into the hot oil, frying until golden brown on both sides. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Fill with Cajeta
Using a piping bag, fill each churro with cajeta through a small hole in one end.
