Prepare the Glass
Rub the rim of a chilled cocktail glass with a lime wedge and dip it into salt to coat the rim.
Mix Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the house-infused jalapeno tequila, Cointreau, fresh lime juice, and agave nectar. Fill the shaker with ice.
Shake
Shake well until the mixture is chilled, about 15 seconds.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
