Rub the rim of a chilled cocktail glass with a lime wedge and dip it into salt to coat the rim.

In a cocktail shaker, combine the house-infused jalapeno tequila, Cointreau, fresh lime juice, and agave nectar. Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake well until the mixture is chilled, about 15 seconds.
