    Prepare Seafood

    Rinse the shrimp, octopus, and oysters under cold water. Remove the shells from the shrimp and oysters if necessary.

    Boil Octopus

    In a pot, bring water to boil and add the octopus. Cook for about 45 minutes or until tender. Drain and let cool, then chop into bite-sized pieces.

    Cook Shrimp

    In the same pot, add shrimp to boiling water and cook for 3-5 minutes or until they turn pink. Drain and set aside.

Prepare Vegetables

    Chop Vegetables

    Dice the avocado, onion, tomatoes, and cucumber. Finely chop the cilantro.

Make Broth

    Combine Broth Ingredients

    In a large bowl, mix the fish stock, lime juice, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper together until well combined.

Assembly

    Combine All Ingredients

    In a large serving bowl, combine the prepared seafood, chopped vegetables, and broth mixture. Mix gently to combine.

    Serve

    You can serve the dish immediately warm or chill it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes for a cold version. Garnish with additional cilantro if desired.
