Method
Marinating and Cooking the Meat
- 1
Marinate the Chicken
In a mixing bowl, combine diced chicken breast, lime juice, minced garlic cloves, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 2
Cook the Chicken
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and sauté until cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- 3
Cook the Beef
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Add the sliced beef sirloin, salt, and black pepper, cooking until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- 4
Cook the Shrimp
Add the shrimp to the skillet and sauté until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- 5
Making the Queso Dip
- 6
Melt the Cheeses
In a saucepan over low heat, combine cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and milk. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
- 7
Add Flavor
Mix in chopped jalapeños, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir until well combined and heated through.
Assembling the Burrito
- 8
Fill the Tortillas
Lay out the flour tortillas and evenly distribute the chicken, beef, shrimp, and sautéed onions in the center of each tortilla.
- 9
Wrap the Burritos
Fold in the sides and roll the tortilla tightly around the filling. Repeat for all tortillas.
- 10
Serve with Sides
Plate the burritos and serve with cooked rice, beans, lettuce, guacamole, and sour cream. Drizzle the queso dip over the burritos.
