Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. In a bowl, combine olive oil, taco seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken breast with this mixture.
- 2
Grill the Chicken
Place the seasoned chicken breast on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- 3
Rest and Slice
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for about 5 minutes. Then slice the chicken into thin strips.
- 4
Warm the Tortillas
While the chicken is resting, warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side, or until soft and pliable.
- 5
Assemble the Tacos
Place a few strips of grilled chicken in each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, cheese, and salsa. Squeeze lime juice over the top.
- 6
Serve
Serve the tacos warm with extra salsa on the side if desired.
