Prepare the Beef

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess fat.

Add taco seasoning, salt, and a splash of water to the beef. Stir and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.

Layer the Nachos

On a large baking sheet, spread tortilla chips evenly. Top with the seasoned beef, jalapeños, and cheddar cheese.
