Directions
Season the Beef
Add taco seasoning, salt, and a splash of water to the beef. Stir and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
Layer the Nachos
On a large baking sheet, spread tortilla chips evenly. Top with the seasoned beef, jalapeños, and cheddar cheese.
Melt the Cheese
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the nachos for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve
Remove from the oven and top with fresh salsa, sour cream, guacamole, and optional black olives. Serve immediately.
