Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef Mixture

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the beef mixture into 12 equal portions and form each portion into a small patty, about the size of the slider buns.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Cook the Sliders

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until they reach the desired doneness.

  2. 4

    Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt the cheese.

Assembly

  1. 5

    Assemble the Sliders

On each slider bun, place a cooked patty with melted cheese, and top with ketchup, mustard, and a slice of pickle. Cover with the top half of the bun.

Optional Add-Ons

  1. 6

    Cook the Bacon

If adding bacon, cook the slices in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Place a slice on top of each slider before closing.

  2. 7

    Prepare the Fries

For french fries, fry or bake according to package instructions. Serve alongside the sliders.
