Method

Prepare Chicken

  1. 1

    Cook the Chicken

Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Grill, fry, or blacken the chicken until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side for grilling.

  2. 2

    Slice the Chicken

Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.

Prepare Salad Base

  1. 3

    Chop Romaine Lettuce

Wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Place it in a large salad bowl.

  2. 4

    Slice Avocado

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice it into thin pieces. Add it to the salad bowl.

Prepare Additional Ingredients

  1. 5

    Prepare Vegetables

Halve the cherry tomatoes, chop the cucumber into small pieces, and add them to the salad bowl.

  2. 6

    Cook Bacon

Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble it and add it to the salad.

  3. 7

    Prepare Hard-Boiled Eggs

Hard boil the eggs, peel them, and cut them into quarters. Add them to the salad bowl.

Combine Salad

  1. 8

    Add Cheese and Chicken

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the salad, then add the sliced chicken on top.

Make Dressing

  1. 9

    Combine Dressing Ingredients

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Serve Salad

  1. 10

    Dress the Salad

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
