Preparation
Grill the Chicken
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Prepare Vegetables
While the chicken is grilling, wash and dry the lettuce, then chop it into bite-sized pieces. Dice the tomato into small cubes.
Shred Cheddar Cheese
Using a grater, shred the cheddar cheese into fine pieces.
Assembly
Assemble the Wrap
Lay a garlic herb wrap flat on a clean surface. Spread 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing evenly across the center of the wrap. Add a layer of grilled chicken slices, followed by lettuce, diced tomato, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Roll the Wrap
Fold the sides of the wrap inward, then start rolling from the bottom up to enclose all the ingredients tightly. Ensure the wrap is secure and the fillings do not fall out.
Serving
Slice and Serve
Cut the wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately with extra ranch dressing on the side, if desired.
