Method
Prepare the Chicken
Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts and rub the marinade all over. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Grill the Chicken
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Assemble the Wrap
Prepare the Lettuce
While the chicken is grilling, wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the Chicken
Once the chicken has rested, slice it into thin strips.
Combine the Salad Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, sliced chicken, Caesar dressing, and parmesan cheese. Toss until everything is well coated.
Fill the Wraps
Lay out the garlic herb wraps on a flat surface. Spoon an equal portion of the chicken Caesar salad mixture onto each wrap. Optionally, add cherry tomatoes on top.
Wrap and Serve
Fold in the sides of the wrap and roll tightly from the bottom up. Cut in half and serve immediately.
