Prepare the Glasses
Chill your champagne flutes in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes.

Mix the Ingredients
In each chilled flute, pour about 125 ml of fresh orange juice.

Add the Prosecco
Slowly top each flute with 187.5 ml of Prosecco, pouring gently to avoid excessive fizz.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish each mimosa with an orange slice on the rim of the glass and serve immediately.
