Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation

1

Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon strips until crispy. Remove and set aside on paper towels to drain excess fat.

2

Grill the Onions

In the same skillet, add a tablespoon of olive oil and slice the onion into rings. Sauté the onions over medium heat until they are golden brown and caramelized, about 10-15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3

Cook the Angus Patties

Season the Angus beef patties with salt and pepper. In the same skillet or on a grill, cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of sharp cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.

4

Assemble the Burger

Toast the burger buns lightly. Spread a generous amount of Comeback sauce on both the top and bottom bun. Place the cooked Angus patty with melted cheddar on the bottom bun, followed by the crispy bacon, grilled onions, and finally the top bun.

5

Serve

Serve the burgers hot with your favorite sides!
