Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Prep the Biscuits

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut the buttermilk biscuits into small cubes and set aside on a baking sheet to dry out slightly, about 15-20 minutes.

  2. 2

    Sauté Vegetables

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced celery and onion, and sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. 3

    Mix in Herbs and Seasoning

Stir in the chopped rosemary, thyme, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant.

  4. 4

    Combine Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the dried biscuit cubes with the sautéed vegetable mixture. Pour in the broth and beaten eggs, and mix until evenly combined.

  5. 5

    Bake the Stuffing

Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Cover with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
