Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Squash

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Carefully peel and dice the butternut squash into 1-inch cubes.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Apples

Core and chop the apples into bite-sized pieces. You can leave the skin on for added texture.

  3. 3

    Mix Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the butternut squash, apples, olive oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper. If using, add the chopped fresh rosemary.

  4. 4

    Bake the Mixture

Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the squash is tender and slightly caramelized, stirring halfway through.

  5. 5

    Serve

Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious apple butternut squash!
