Burger Preparation
1. Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess grease.
2. Prepare the Burger Patties
In a bowl, combine the ground beef, bourbon, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined, then form into two equal-sized patties.
