1. Prepare the Breading Stations
Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs and milk, and the last with breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
2. Bread the Shrimp
Dip each shrimp first into the flour, shaking off excess, then into the egg mixture, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Place on a baking sheet.
3. Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
4. Fry the Shrimp
Carefully add breaded shrimp to the hot oil in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
5. Drain and Serve
