Chop the San Marzano tomatoes into small pieces. Mince the garlic cloves and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add Tomatoes
Add the chopped San Marzano tomatoes to the skillet. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
