Method

Cooking Instructions

1

Cook the Linguine

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2

Sauté the Seafood

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

3

Add Wine and Tomatoes

Pour in the white wine and canned diced tomatoes. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes.

4

Add Seafood

Add shrimp, scallops, calamari, and mussels to the skillet. Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Cover and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the mussels have opened and the shrimp and scallops are cooked through.

5

Combine with Linguine

Toss the cooked linguine into the skillet with the seafood and sauce. Mix well to combine and heat through.

6

Serve

Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately.
