Preparation of Crust

Cook Capellini
Boil capellini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Combine Filling Ingredients
In a bowl, mix together crab meat, diced tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Shrimp Sauce Preparation

Cook Shrimp
In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add shrimp, white wine, crushed red pepper, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.

Assemble Dish
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a baking dish, layer crispy capellini crust, followed by the crab filling, and top with snapper fillets. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until snapper is cooked through and flaky.
