Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté Seafood

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add shrimp, scallops, calamari, and mussels. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the seafood is just cooked through.

  3. 3

    Add Sauce Ingredients

Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for about 2 minutes. Then, add the canned diced tomatoes, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir well and let it cook for another 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Combine with Pasta

Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the seafood and sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the pasta to absorb some of the sauce.

  5. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat, stir in the chopped parsley, and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot with extra parsley on top if desired.
