Seafood and Pasta

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Linguine

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Seafood

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Add Cherry Tomatoes

Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.

  4. 4

    Deglaze with White Wine

Pour in the white wine and bring the mixture to a simmer, scraping the bottom of the skillet to release any browned bits.

  5. 5

    Add the Seafood

Stir in the shrimp, scallops, calamari, and mussels. Cover the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the mussels open and the seafood is cooked through.

  6. 6

    Combine with Pasta

Add the cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing gently to combine. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.

  7. 7

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
