Prepare the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the bucatini or rigatoni pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Add Meat
Add the ground beef and ground pork to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon, about 8-10 minutes.

Add Tomatoes and Season
Stir in the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, and black pepper. Reduce the heat and let the sauce simmer for 20 minutes.

Make it Creamy
Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream, mixing well. Allow it to simmer for another 5 minutes.

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.

Serve the Bolo Rosa hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh basil.
