Fruit Sorbet

Prepare Strawberries
Wash and hull the fresh strawberries. Cut them into halves.

Blend Ingredients
In a blender, combine the strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, and water. Blend until smooth.

Chill Mixture
Pour the blended mixture into a container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Freeze Sorbet
Place the chilled mixture in an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a sorbet consistency.

Transfer the sorbet to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.

Peel and chop the fresh mango into small pieces.
