Prepare the Bruschetta
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the baguette into 12 pieces and place on a baking sheet.
Make the Tomato Mixture
Chop the fresh tomatoes and basil. In a bowl, mix tomatoes, basil, garlic (minced), olive oil, balsamic glaze, salt, and pepper.
Toast the Bread
Toast the sliced baguette in the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
Assemble Bruschetta
Top each toasted slice with the tomato mixture and drizzle with additional balsamic glaze if desired.

Prepare the Marinade
In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Marinate the Salmon
Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the Asparagus
Trim the asparagus ends and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Roast the Asparagus
Roast in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 10-12 minutes until tender.
