Preparation

1

Prepare the Apples and Berries

Wash the fresh apples and berries thoroughly. Core and slice the apples into thin wedges and set aside. If using strawberries, slice them into halves or quarters depending on their size.

2

Combine the Base Ingredients

In a large pitcher, combine the rosé wine, apple cider, and sparkling water. Stir gently to mix the ingredients without losing the effervescence of the sparkling water.

3

Add Fresh Fruits

Add the sliced apples and fresh berries to the pitcher. Stir gently to incorporate the fruits into the cider mixture.

4

Sweeten the Mixture (Optional)

If you prefer a sweeter drink, add honey or agave syrup to the pitcher. Stir well to ensure the sweetener is fully dissolved and evenly distributed.

Serving

5

Chill and Serve

Allow the mixture to chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. This will enhance the flavors and provide a refreshing experience.

6

Garnish

When ready to serve, pour the Aval into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves for an extra touch of flavor and presentation.
