Cheesecake Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Cheesecake Mixture
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth and creamy. Add in the sour cream and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- 2
Add Eggs
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition until just incorporated. Be careful not to overmix.
- 3
Fold in Peanut Butter Cups
Chop the Reese's® Peanut Butter Cups into small chunks and gently fold them into the cheesecake mixture.
- 4
Bake the Cheesecake
Pour the cheesecake mixture into a greased 9-inch springform pan. Bake in the preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
- 5
Cool and Refrigerate
Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour. Then remove from the oven, let it cool to room temperature, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- 6
Serve
Before serving, drizzle chocolate sauce over the top and add whipped cream as desired. Slice and enjoy!
