Preparation Instructions
Prepare the Cauliflower
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Steam the cauliflower florets until they are tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
Make the Cauliflower Crust
Once cooled, place the steamed cauliflower in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form the Pizza Crust
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Transfer the cauliflower mixture onto the parchment and shape it into a 12-inch round pizza crust, about 1/4 inch thick.
Bake the Crust
Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until it is golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
Add Toppings and Final Bake
Add your favorite pizza toppings and cheese on top of the crust. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve
Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and enjoy your traditional cauliflower pizza!
