- 1
Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cold water, then trim the stems and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut each sprout in half lengthwise.
- 2
Cook the Bacon
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until they are crispy. This should take about 5-7 minutes. Once cooked, remove the bacon from the skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess grease. Reserve 1 tablespoon of bacon grease in the skillet.

Finish Cooking
After browning, stir the Brussels sprouts and continue to cook for another 5-7 minutes until they are tender and crispy. If needed, adjust the heat to prevent burning.
- 5
Add Bacon and Parmesan
Crumble the cooked bacon and add it to the Brussels sprouts. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top and stir to combine, allowing the cheese to melt slightly.
- 6
Drizzle with Balsamic Reduction
Once the Brussels sprouts are well mixed with bacon and Parmesan, remove from heat and drizzle with balsamic reduction before serving.
