Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Raspberry Puree

In a blender, combine fresh or frozen raspberries and blend until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve to remove seeds, yielding 120 ml of raspberry puree.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Hibiscus Juice

If using dried hibiscus flowers, steep them in hot water for about 10 minutes, then strain to extract the juice. Otherwise, use store-bought hibiscus juice.

Mixing the Punch

  1. 3

    Combine Ingredients

In a large punch bowl, combine the Prosecco Sparkling Wine, Grand Marnier, Blackberry Whiskey, Maple Syrup, Raspberry Puree, Hibiscus Juice, and Sweet & Sour Mix. Stir gently to mix all ingredients.

  2. 4

    Add Starry Soda

Slowly pour in the Starry Soda to add fizz. Stir gently to combine without losing carbonation.

  3. 5

    Garnish

Add fresh cherries to the punch bowl for garnish and a pop of color.

Serving

  1. 6

    Serve the Punch

Serve the punch over ice in individual glasses. Garnish each glass with a cherry on top.
