Method
Prepare Chicken Wings
- 1
Season the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
- 2
Marinate
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the wings marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for best flavor.
Grill the Wings
- 3
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 375°F (190°C).
- 4
Grill the Wings
Place the marinated chicken wings on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are crispy and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
Prepare Dressings
- 5
Make Ranch Dressing
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- 6
Make Blue Cheese Dressing
In a separate bowl, combine blue cheese crumbles, mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well with a fork, leaving some chunks of blue cheese for texture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
