Grilled Turkey Tenderloin

Prepare the Turkey
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Rub the turkey tenderloin with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion and celery. Sauté until the vegetables are soft and translucent, about 5-7 minutes.

Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the sautéed vegetables with the cubed stale bread, dried sage, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Pour in the chicken broth and mix until the bread is well coated.

Bake the Stuffing
Transfer the stuffing mixture into a greased baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until the top is golden brown.

Make the Gravy
In a saucepan over medium heat, add the turkey drippings and whisk in the flour until smooth. Gradually add the chicken broth while continuing to whisk. Cook until the gravy thickens, about 5-10 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
