Mix the Base
In a large pitcher, combine the tomato juice, vodka, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, celery salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.

Fill glasses with ice cubes, and pour the bloody mary mixture over the ice. Offer a variety of garnishes and accompaniments for customization.
