Preparation Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Puff Pastry
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle. Cut a circle in the center large enough to wrap around the brie.
- 2
Wrap the Brie
Place the brie cheese in the center of the puff pastry circle. Fold the pastry over the cheese and pinch to seal, forming a pouch around the brie.
- 3
Bake the Brie
Transfer the wrapped brie onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed up.
- 4
Prepare the Charcuterie Board
While the brie is baking, arrange the prosciutto, salami, cheddar cheese, mixed olives, grapes, and nuts on a large serving board.
- 5
Add the Baked Brie
Once the brie is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly. Place it in the center of the charcuterie board. Drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh rosemary.
- 6
Serve
Serve the charcuterie board warm with crackers or sliced baguette for a delightful presentation.
