    Prepare the Vinaigrette

    In a small bowl, whisk together golden balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Set aside.

    Form the Patties

    In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Form the mixture into two equal-sized patties.

    Cook the Patties

    Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

    Assemble the Burger

    Toast the burger buns lightly. Place the cooked patty on the bottom bun, top with mesclun greens, sliced strawberries, pickled rhubarb, and a dollop of chevre. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the top and place the top bun.
