Burger Ingredients

Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fries

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut potatoes into fries, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and spread them out on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Divide into 4 equal portions and form into patties.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness. Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Toast the burger buns lightly. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom bun, add lettuce, the cooked patty with melted cheese, tomato slices, and crispy onion. Top with the other half of the bun.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the Centennial Burger hot alongside the hand-cut fries.
