Prepare the Seafood
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add sea scallops and tiger shrimp to the skillet, seasoning with salt and black pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until scallops are opaque and shrimp are pink. Remove from heat and set aside.

Make the Fondue
In a saucepan, combine the Gruyere cheese, chardonnay, and lobster cream over low heat. Stir continuously until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Combine and Serve
Add the cooked seafood to the cheese mixture, stirring gently to combine. Serve the seafood fondue warm in a fondue pot or a serving dish, accompanied by toast points for dipping.
