Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef Tenderloin

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the beef tenderloin filet with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

    Sear the Filet

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned beef tenderloin and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side until a nice crust forms.

  3. 3

    Bake the Filet

Transfer the seared filet to the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Topping

While the filet is baking, gently warm the lobster meat in a small saucepan over low heat. Once warm, mix in the Boursin cheese until combined and creamy.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove the filet from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes. Top the filet with the Boursin cheese and lobster mixture. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve.
