Brisket

Carolina Gold Rice

Method

Brisket Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Brisket

Rub the Wagyu brisket with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and liquid smoke. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 12 hours, preferably overnight.

  2. 2

    Smoke the Brisket

Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). Place the brisket in the smoker and smoke for approximately 10-12 hours, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 205°F (96°C). Let it rest for at least 1 hour before slicing.

Carolina Gold Rice Preparation

  1. 3

    Cook the Rice

In a saucepan, combine the Carolina Gold rice, water, and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the water is absorbed. Fluff with a fork before serving.

Caraflex Cabbage Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the Cabbage

In a large bowl, combine the shredded Caraflex cabbage, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the cabbage is well coated. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to soften slightly.

Crimson Chili Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Chili

In a small skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped crimson chili peppers and minced garlic. Sauté for about 5 minutes, or until the peppers are tender. Season with salt to taste.
