Chicken Preparation

Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Grill the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let rest.

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add salt and rigatoni pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Make the Sauce
Add crushed tomatoes to the saucepan, followed by vodka. Stir well and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Then stir in heavy cream, chopped tarragon, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
Combine and Serve

Combine Everything
In a large bowl, combine the cooked rigatoni pasta with the vodka sauce. Slice the grilled chicken and place it on top of the pasta. Garnish with additional fresh tarragon if desired.

Serve the vodka chicken hot, and enjoy your meal!
