Fettuccine

Method

Marinated Chicken

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Chicken

Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Cook the Chicken

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the marinated chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove from heat and let rest before slicing.

Fettuccine

  1. 4

    Boil Water

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of salt.

  2. 5

    Cook Fettuccine

Add fettuccine pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Alfredo Sauce

  1. 6

    Heat Butter

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.

  2. 7

    Add Garlic and Cream

Once the butter has melted, add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. Then, stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.

  3. 8

    Incorporate Parmesan

Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Combine and Serve

  1. 9

    Combine Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the cooked fettuccine, Alfredo sauce, and sliced chicken. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
