Prepare the Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.

Knead the Dough
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

First Rise
Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.

Shape the Breads
Punch down the dough and divide it into three equal parts. Shape each part into a loaf or round shape.

Second Rise
Place the shaped dough onto greased baking sheets, cover them, and let rise for another 30 minutes.

Bake the Breads
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the breads for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and let cool slightly.
Whipped Salted Butter

In a medium bowl, beat the unsalted butter with a hand mixer until creamy. Gradually add sea salt and mix until combined.

In another bowl, beat together the unsalted butter, honey, chopped rosemary, and orange zest until well blended and fluffy.
