Wing Dings Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

1

Preparation

In a large bowl, mix together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

2

Coating the Wings

Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. Dredge the wings in the flour mixture, ensuring they are well coated. Shake off any excess flour.

3

Frying

In a large pot or deep fryer, heat oil to 375°F (190°C). Carefully add the coated wings in batches and fry for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

4

Saucing

Toss the fried wings in your sauce of choice until well coated.

5

Serving

Serve the wing dings hot with your selected sides of celery sticks and carrot sticks.
