1. Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into strips and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
2. Set Up the Breading Station
In three separate bowls, set up the breading station: one bowl with flour, the second with a mixture of beaten eggs and milk, and the third with breadcrumbs.
3. Bread the Chicken
Dredge each chicken strip in flour, then dip into the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
4. Fry the Chicken Strips
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the breaded chicken strips in batches and fry until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
5. Drain and Serve
Once cooked, drain the chicken strips on paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve hot with your choice of side and drink.
