1. Prepare the Steak
Remove the sirloin steaks from the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.
2. Season the Steaks
Rub both sides of the steaks with olive oil. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper evenly on both sides.
3. Preheat the Grill/Pan
Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. If using a skillet, add a little olive oil to prevent sticking.
4. Cook the Steaks
Place the steaks on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes for medium-rare, adjusting time for your desired doneness.
5. Add Butter and Rosemary
In the last minute of cooking, add butter and fresh rosemary to the pan. Spoon the melted butter over the steaks.
6. Rest and Serve
Remove the steaks from the heat and let them rest for about 5 minutes before slicing. Serve hot.
