Method

Omelet Preparation

  1. 1

    Beat the Eggs

In a bowl, crack the three eggs and add salt and black pepper. Whisk together until well combined.

  2. 2

    Cook the Omelet

In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Pour in the beaten eggs and let it cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges begin to set.

  3. 3

    Add Fillings

Sprinkle your choice of cheese and optional vegetable fillings over one half of the omelet. Allow it to cook for another 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts and the eggs are set.

  4. 4

    Fold the Omelet

Carefully fold the omelet in half over the fillings and slide it onto a plate.

Hash Browns Preparation

  1. 5

    Cook Hash Browns

In the same skillet, add oil and heat over medium-high heat. Add the frozen hash browns and cook for about 5-7 minutes, flipping occasionally, until golden brown and crispy.

Toast Preparation

  1. 6

    Prepare Toast

While the hash browns are cooking, toast the bread slices until golden brown. Spread butter on the hot toast.
