Instructions
- 1
Make the Graham Cracker Crust
In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
- 2
Prepare the Peanut Butter Filling
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar until smooth. Add the peanut butter and mix until well combined. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully incorporated.
- 3
Assemble the Pie
Spread the peanut butter filling evenly into the cooled graham cracker crust. Drizzle the melted dark chocolate over the top, using a spatula to spread it evenly if desired.
- 4
Chill
Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until set. Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings or a dusting of cocoa powder if desired.
