Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Brine the Chicken

In a bowl, combine the sweet tea and chicken breast. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavor.

  2. 2

    Cook the Chicken

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the brine, pat dry, and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Brush with barbecue sauce in the last few minutes of grilling.

  3. 3

    Prepare Additional Ingredients

While the chicken is grilling, cook the bacon until crispy. Slice the radishes and avocado. Combine the ranch dressing with mashed avocado to create the avocado ranch.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Tacos

Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips. In each taco shell, layer shredded lettuce, sliced chicken, crumbled bacon, sliced radishes, and drizzle with avocado ranch.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the tacos immediately with extra barbecue sauce on the side if desired.
